I am Jutta Schilling, 70 years old, originally from Hamburg,
and today I live with my second husband in Barcelona. Even as a child I was
very creative. I wanted to become an actress or a singer, and I loved
writing stories.
My path into the erotic industry began in the early 1980s, more or less by chance.
Before that, I had emigrated to Paraguay with my family to start a new
life there. The plan failed, however, and we returned to Germany.
Because we could not find an apartment at first, we lived on a
campsite. There I met a man who offered me photo shoots.
Shortly after, I got the opportunity to take part in an erotic production in Düsseldorf.
For two days of shooting I received 2,000 marks - and that is how my career began.
At first I was in front of the camera myself, but I quickly realised that the work
behind it interested me more. I became a writer, producer and entrepreneur,
developing stories and organising productions. What always mattered most to me
was that the scenes felt natural, believable and respectful.
Real emotions and a good atmosphere were more important to me than artificial
staging.
Over more than 45 years I have witnessed the transformation of the erotic industry: from cinemas,
video rental shops and DVDs to streaming platforms and online creators. In 2006
I stopped DVD production and focused on licensing and
streaming. The internet made erotica more accessible, but it also changed
the entire industry.
I have always been interested in why people have certain desires and fantasies.
For me, erotica is not just about sex but also about intimacy, trust,
longings and curiosity. There is, however, a clear line for me: it lies where
mutual consent ends.
Today, people speak more openly about sex, yet many still
feel ashamed of their desires. The idea that older people continue to have desire
and a fulfilling sex life is also difficult for some to accept. For me personally,
intimacy and desire have not fundamentally changed with age.
Even at 70, I am still active. With my platform EROTICONLY.COM I want to
showcase older and newer productions that, for me, represent a human, natural
and believable form of erotica.
